Midlife is a time of change; a process of transition to another stage in life. Our desires begin to change, and what were once important goals may no longer interest us.


These thoughts and feelings are very natural. When we are in a Transition we start to shift our thinking, look for change and seek something new. This era can be marked as a difficult period of adjustment but also a time of new opportunity.


This new stage of life poses many questions, and a fresh approach is required to meet the challenges. The Midlife Transition programme, using the T.R.U.E. model is an exciting, rich and innovative way to engage with the challenges and opportunities of transition in midlife.

Format

This programme can be completed by an individual on a one-on-one basis with an experienced transition coach.  On occasions we run this programme with a group of six to ten individuals going through midlife transition, where participants meet people on a similar search.   Sharing your thoughts with others on the same journey is a rich experience.


The midlife programme is facilitated, in a relaxed, encouraging and supportive workshop format and through a variety of learning techniques including group discussion, personal reflection, brainstorming and individual and group exercises.  Currently this programme is run on-line through Zoom.
